Hi folks, I am a man in my 30s.

I get angry and annoyed, even though my brain knows it’s not the wise thing to do, but I can’t keep my emotions under check, despite me knowing that it will harm me in this superficial coroporate world where majority of people are double faced. I just can’t tolerate lies and wrong happening in front of me. I choose to distance myself from people when this happens.

I am mostly never at peace and don’t get quality sleep as well.

Should I get any medical/profeasional/spiritual help to overcome my stress, anger and how to learn to not bother.

I want to learn the art to be diplomatic and not being too straightforward. I see that dual faced people are happy.

Should I seek any medical or psychologist or spiritual guru help or see any anger management coach?

Have you or people you know sought such help and it helped them?
