Need Soft Solution for Hard water

Coming to Pune and will be staying there for almost a year. Worried about hard water. Last time I visited the quality of water has literally affected my hair fall rate + also made hair dry.

Any idea about the water quality of Viman Nagar and Nearby areas?

Now that I am again going to visit Pune (because of my job) I want to know how you people are dealing with this situation?

Please suggest some products with name and brand.
