I am shifting from my house and decided that my parents should switch from traditional tv to ott. Need advice for the isp provider. They live in aundh. For those of you who have BSNL, what are the downtimes and service like? And any other local low-priced wifi services available?

BSNL FTTH is really good but the copper wire landline based broadband is shitty.
Don’t use BSNL for broadband. Never.
Go with Hathway or JioFiber
I guess airtel or tata sky would be a better option if you have that in your area
No , don’t make these mistake 😂.
Go for tata it’s better. BSNL is shit show, net will be down atleast for 10 days out of a month.
