How is the Road condition to Roha

I will be travelling near Phansad Wildlife Sanctuary near Roha in the coming days.

Map shows 2 routes since I stay in Kharadi.

Want to know which of the following route has better road and will be better to travel on?

1. Kharadi — Chandini Chowk — Mulsi — Tahmini — Roha
2. Kharadi — Dehu — Expressway — Khopoli — Pedali — Roha

Edit: please suggest some good places for breakfast/lunch in both the routes.
