Can anyone tell me where can i get spot admission in pune without extra donation?

I got 89 percentile in CET, I have to pay open fees anyway so I want to try spot round but cant pay extra donation. I will try for JSPM tathawade, MMCOE, PSE COE, AISSMS for CS/IT/AI.

Plz tell me when will the spot round start and about the process and suggest me better colleges if you know any.
