I have been working on my anxious attachment since the last 2 years with my therapist who specialises in CBT. While this has helped me in picking up new hobbies and trying to build my own happiness i feel like i might need to look into other therapy techniques because I’ve been an anxious mess ever since I got to know that my ex got married to someone in June. Its has messed me up for good. I feel so anxious all the time, restless, nausea, crying, a smallness in my chest and a numbness in my body. I’m not able to eat anything properly or get proper sleep. If anyone knows of a good therapist can you please share their info with me. Thank you!
