So it has come to this…New Porsche showroom in Pune….at Kalyani Nagar

[ad_1]

As it seems that the anger around the Porsche case has died down, Porsche is opening their first showroom in the city. In Kalyani Nagar of all places. This seems like either a cunning move by someone powerful or a PR stunt by Porsche to divert search engine results away from anything related to the incident. What do you think, Pune?

  1. Funny thing is we call it the porsche incident; not the _name of driver_ incident.

  2. Kya bakwas karra hai yaar. Wtf.

How is Porsche related to that incident.

KLN is one of the highest paying places in town and also drains from other high semi places.

KLN has a wonderful charm where there not much traffic and it’s not filled with your usual shop density.

It’s perfect for luxury car brands

I think even Mercedes has or had next to McDonald’s.

Why don’t you write an open letter to Shastri Nagar chowki and ask all of us to sign it. To keep the traction.

Ye sab faltu ke posts are quite low iq.

  3. Subah subah maal nahi fukna chahiye.

  4. PR stunt by porche my ass. They don’t need to do any PR. The legacy of 911 is enough PR for them. Tbh they don’t af about us in general. They have much larger markets to cater to.

  5. I believe its a coincidence. Opening a showroom is not as easy as it sounds. Not only does it need significant capital but also a robust business plan.

Porsche is a luxury brand and they thoroughly vet their dealers. Porsche does not even sell its flagship 911 to just any other customer, you need to have a longstanding business partnership with Porsche, need to attend events, buy Porsche models that you don’t want and then maybe, just maybe you might be allowed to buy the GT3RS. If you have jump through all these hoops just to buy a car imagine the kind of pedigree you would need to have to open a dealership.

The process of opening a dealership is a long one. I’m sure that they must have had plans to open the dealership in Kalyani Nagar since many years and it might not be feasible to change the location of the dealership as the costs would be too high. It’s just an unfortunate coincidence that the accident happened in the same area.

  6. Blaming the car for that accident are we? 🤦

  7. “Im 14 and this is deep” ahh thinking of OP

  8. Accident insaan ne kiya.. Porsche ho ya Aston Martin how does that matter?

  9. Wait what? So Porsche shouldn’t allow their showrooms to come up because there was an accident and 2 deaths involved because of it? By that logic shouldn’t Maruti Suzuki, Honda, Tata, Mahindra, Mercedes, BMW etc all shut down shop and leave? I understand the anger but this is reaching for things that aren’t there. The anger should be on the people, cops and doctors involved. Not the car or the Porsche. “Powerful PR stunt” stfu you don’t even know what you are talking about. Porsche don’t need any PR whatsoever. Matter of fact, they don’t even advertise on TV. It’s time to remove that tinfoil hat of conspiracy and get some sleep

  10. Opening a showroom has got nothing to do with the case. Don’t blame the company for what a drunk individual did. They’re opening a showroom in Kalyani Nagar because that’s where the best business is.

  11. Two different things. Porsche is allowed to open a showroom anytime, anywhere they want. The accident wasn’t their fault. This is like shutting down all bars and pubs after the accident. What was their fault?

Secondly, of course people have forgotten the accident. People will keep getting run over by the wealthy. Women will keep getting raped by powerful people. Citizens will keep getting scammed by politicians. 4 days of social media outrage cannot change this country’s DNA.

  12. WTF OP how old are you? 14?

  13. Wait till Agarwal builds a new ‘Vedant Heights’ with his Bramha Corp…

  14. Chalo Porsche lene….

  15. Porsche AG has total assets of about 45 billion USD. Do you think a local builder or politician can force them to open up a showroom anywhere they want 😭. Not even Ambani can influence them to open a showroom

  16. How’s the accident Porsche’s fault?

  17. How is Porsche opening a showroom have anything to do with the incident ? It is the fault of the irresponsible driver. Unfortunately, this incident has been known by the name of the car rather than the name of the driver.

  18. Kahi pan nako bolu😂
    Asa thodi astay

  19. Blaming the car for accident is like blaming the clothes for rape. Everyday multiple lives are lost due to vehicles which aren’t super/sport category.

  20. So you’re telling me if it was a Mercedes, the accident could’ve been avoided and the accident was Porsche’s fault not the drunk driver’s?

  21. Let’s all boycott Porsche. Let me start I will never buy Porsche the killer car I will drive my Alto.

  22. Bhai company ni Kay chuk keli hoti tyat? That asshole would have drove any other car the same way but what the people saw was that 3-4cr ki car people are just too dumb
It’s a good thing that porshe ni ajun kahi legal action nahi ghetli on defamation
BLAME THE KID NOT THE CAR

  23. Please call it agarwal case, not porche case

  24. Porsche chi chuki nahiye. 17 varshancha badhir bullya la gaadi koni dila?

  25. Tywin Lannister comes to mind,

“You are not as smart as you think you are”

  26. The actual PR stunt happened when it was called the Porche case.
